On the above date and time I responded to 153 Gem Ln in reference to a fight between the above subject and her daughter. When I arrived on scene I observed both individuals having scratches and bruising on their chests and faces. The above subject stated that her daughter attacked her so she fought back in self defense. She stated that she struck her daughter in the face after she was struck first.
I then spoke to the above subject’s grandson, who stated that when the above subject tried to take the door off of the hinges to get to the other subject. He stated that we other subject came out of the room and they got into a physical altercation.
Both subjects had marks that were consistent with a physical assault.
