Lawrence County Man With Child Sexual Abuse
Louisa, Ky. (September 5, 2024) – On September 5, 2024 Kentucky State Police Post 14 arrested Michael Hudnall, age 50, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Mr. Hudnall was arrested as a result of an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation, which was initiated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized when a search warrant was executed on Butterfly Drive in Lawrence County.
Mr. Hudnall is Currently charged with Possession of a Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor, Distribution of a Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor, Persistent Felony Offender, and Resisting Arrest. He was lodged at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing. Kentucky State Police were assisted on scene by the Ashland Police Department.
