JANUARY 14, 2021 – written by WADE QUEEN
ALEXANDRIA MAE ALLEN, 25, OF GEORGETOWN, KY., ARRESTED FOR SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HER EIGHTH GRADE STUDENT AS SHE WAS HIS TUTOR.
A former middle school substitute teacher at Royal Spring Middle School in Deoregtown, Ky., in Scott County, has been arrested and charged with three counts of third-degree rape.
Georgetown police arrested Alexandria Mae Allen, 25, Monday, January 4. Officers say the victim is a former eighth-grade student at the school.
According to the arrest warrant, Alexandria Allen came into contact with the 15-year-old boy when she was in a position of authority or a position of public special trust, as she was tutoring the boy. Police say in a forensic interview, the teen told them he had sex with his 25-year-old teacher.
The teen boy’s mother reported Alexandria Allen to police last October 2020 when she said she found nude pictures and videos of Aalexandria Allen and her son on his cell phone. The mother said Alexandria Allen was her son’s tutor, due to the boy having ‘developmental delays’.
At the time, the mother told in an interview with Lexington, Ky. television station WLEX, “I was disgusted because you’re supposed to be helping him, and she wasn’t helping him at all.”
WLEX did not identify the mother to protect her teen son’s identity.
The arrest warrant reported that the alleged rapes happened from March to October 2020, at three different locations, including the Hilton Inn in Georgetown.
During court, Tuesday, January 5, Alexandria Allen’s attorney entered a not guilty plea on her behalf and waived formal arraignment. The judge who was presiding the hearing reduced her bond to $2,500 and ordered no contact with the victim, due to Alexandria Allen having no prior criminal record.
Alexandria Allen is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on February 2nd.
Georgetown Assistant Police Chief Darrin Allgood said that they are still reviewing other evidence along with waiting on search warrants so that they can get access to several other social media accounts, and additional charges could be filed.

FORMER LINCOLN COUNTY, KENTUCKY EMT AND VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER ARRESTED ON CHILD SEX ABUSE CHARGES IN TWO COUNTIES
ANTHONY HARNESS, 53, OF LANCASTER, KY, WHO IS FACING CHARGES IN TWO COUNTIES.
A former Lincoln County, Ky. EMT and a firefighter with the Buckeye Volunteer Fire Department in Garrard County, Ky. faces multiple child sex abuse charges.
Kentucky State Police arrested Anthony Harness, 53, of Lancaster, Ky., after they say he admitted to having sex with two male minors several years ago in Lincoln County.
Authorities say the victims are now adults but were 14 and 17 years old at the time of the alleged abuse.
“One of the gentlemen that came to us said that it had bothered him for some time, said Lancaster City Police Major Ryan Hughes. “He was dealing with a lot of personal issues and was talking to a friend about it and learned the same friend had had similar issues that happened. He didn’t want this to happen to other people.”
In Lincoln County, Kentucky State Police charged Anthony Harness with a total eight criminal offenses: two counts of sexual abuse, 1st degree; two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor – illegal sex act, under 18 years of age; two couts of sodomy 2nd degree; and two counts of impersonating a peace officer.
Anthony Harness is also facing the same charges in Garrard County. According to both of the arrest citations, both police agencies stated Anthony Harness admitted to having sex with the minors.
According to the arrest citation by Lancaster Police, Anthony Harness admitted to telling the teens he was a deputy sheriff with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, when in fact, he was not.
“When his vehicle was impounded on the day of his arrest there were blue lights in it, handcuffs things of that nature,” said Hughes.
In his court appearances, Anthony Harness had his not guilty pleas entered on his behalf of his attorney. The director of Lincoln County Emergency Services says Anthony Harness has been an EMT for well over 20 years.
Director Ashley Powell said she put AnthonyHarness on unpaid administrative leave when the allegations surfaced. She terminated Anthony Harness earlier this month.
Anthony Harness was transported to and lodged in the Lincoln County Regional Jail in Stanton, where he is being held on a $400,000 full cash bond only.
Well…these two are quite a pair! Both are very wrong and very sick. The first has sex with a special ed student and the second has sex with boys, although he is a man. Both are in positions of authority. Why may I ask did the school teacher get a $2500 dollar bond and the girly man have a $400,000 cash bond? The charges are actually about equal, with the woman likely leaning to worse considering all circumstances, yet she get’s a $2500 bond?
While I tend to agree women in the court system are treated much better than males, this boils down to age of victims, number of victims, and number of separate charges. She was charged with 3rd degree rape, but he was charged with multiple counts of multiple crimes which each bring their own minimums and a judge would take that into consideration
Where have you been G.W. ?
Her charges should have been greater in my opinion (in this particular case that is), because of the special ED status of the alleged victim. That doesn’t mean I think the girly man was less guilty in any way. They are both sick in their own way. If either or both are guilty. That’s all I’m saying.
I agree but sadly how it works 4x f5 for drugs or something small is f3 burglary… or f3 arson… that’s just sadly our justice system…
I think the age, and also it being a female charged against a male instead of a male being charged against a male(even tho rape is rape to me) had a big influence on her getting such a low bond, which sadly I believe that when it’s a female raping a male they’re more lenient as opposed to when it’s a male raping a female or another male, I feel like males are targeted with harsher penalties than females when it comes to this kind of crime and other crimes as well. Also with her having no criminal record at all played a big factor in it also which it kinda states that as a reason for low bond. As for the guy having a $400,000 bond, to me that seeeems wayyyyy harsh especially compared to her $2,500 bond, I mean he could have some kind of a record also, but with him having ties to the community by being an emt and volunteer firefighter, it don’t sound to likely that he’d have much of a past criminal record, he was also charged with and admitted to impersonating a peace officer, I’m just assuming that’s what the biggest cause for his bail to be set so much higher than hers, they have to look at how much of a threat someone is to the community when setting a bond, and with him admitting to the police that he impersonated a peace officer, having blue lights, hand cuffs and other stuff in his car puts community at very high risk of him potentially causing bigger issues if he was to be let out. Our justice system is so broken in ky, I mean someone will get more time out of a marijuana charge, than someone with a robbery charge(not including armed robbery tho), rape, manslaughter, and even some convicted murderers spend less time than some people with marijuana charges, that’s just total BS 100%. There’s a guy in our local jail that’s been in jail for going on 8 years now on charges of cultivating marijuana(I think it was 16 plants), and possession with intent to traffic, he was given 20 years on them 2 charges, sad thing is the man had never even had as much as a speeding ticket in his life. Since the time he was charged and booked there’s been(just what I can remember and think of top of my head) 2 murderers, a rapist(a 48 year old man who raped and sodomized a 9 year old female), 3 maybe 4(I’m not 100% sure if the 4th was armed robbery or just robbery) for armed robbery, 1 of which was considered a violent armed robbery with a 1st degree assault charge, cause he had beaten the female clerk literally almost to death and he still got out before the guy with Mary Jane charges. Our court system is really messed up sadly, I mean don’t get me wrong as I don’t want no bad karma from saying that lol, I’ve luckily not had a real bad experience with court system thankfully, but alot of people have definitely seen the rough end of a judges ruling sadly. Ok ok, I’m sorry, I’m done writing my book, need to find a publisher to publish it for me now 🤣🤣
Our justice system can easily be fixed.
We need judges who are not biased, who tender the same decision in all states for the same crimes.
WE NEEd ROBOTIC JUDGES
To do awful things like this, why aren’t they both being gang stalked?
The women got lesser bond ….. female privilege
