Buckley’s Creek, Ky. — Kaden Johnson scored a career high 30 points to help Lawrence Co. ( 22-10 ) to a 93-76 victory over Pike Co. Central ( 18-10 ) in the semifinals of the 15th Region Tournament Monday.

Johnson went 13 of 14 from the field and led the Dawgs with 30 points and 15 rebounds. Kaiden Harris tallied 24 points including 4 three pointers and dished out 9 assists, Hayden Perry added 18 points and 12 rebounds, Gunnar Woods netted 12 points grabbed 7 rebounds and handed out 6 assists, Caden Muncy scored 6 points and Luke Fetherolf chipped in with 3 points.

The Bulldogs hit 9 three pointers and went 16 of 17 from the charity stripe.
Kaiden Harris gets clobbered on a drive to the basket. Harris was 8-8 at the foul line Monday.
The Hawks were led by Jaden Stewart with a game high 39 points, Caden Lawson 12 points, Peyton Owens 10 points, Grant Hall 7 points, Brad Biliter and Will Rowe had 4 points each.
Pike Central hit 7 three pointers and went 9 of 14 from the free throw line.

The Dawgs will play Martin Co. ( 21-8 ) on Tuesday night at 7:00 for the 15th Region Championship after the Cardinals beat Floyd Central 103-85 in the second semifinal Monday night.
