Louisa, Ky. — Lawrence Co. ( 3-1 ) suffered their first loss of the season in a slugfest falling 11-10 to Paintsville ( 4-1 ) at Randy Keeton Field Monday.

Luke Patton started and suffered the loss for the Bulldogs.
Nick Collinsworth singled three times, scored three runs and drove in two runs, Grover Maynard had two hits including a double, Will Lafferty doubled and drove in two runs, Jake Derifield singled, scored a run and drove in one, Blue Fletcher singled and drove in two runs, Bryce Blevins, Abner Collinsworth and Eli Fletcher singled, Ryan Marcum and Ford Scaggs.
