COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Another great team victory. I was saying before the game that our team’s self confidence was the highest it had been in two years.I think that really showed out when we got down. We didn’t panic we were confident in our ability.”
“… Pike Central was a tough game we really had to Battle for every point but I felt like our defense was really strong and was what won the game for us.”
“… Against Magoffin we focused hard on containing Brady Whitaker who had 47 points vs Belfry Friday night. Alex Ratliff, CJ Fairchild, and Baden Gillispie shared those duties and did amazing. Then the rest of our players stepped up and followed the game plan to pressure the other players and make them play fast. Especially in the second half.”
“… Tyler Maynard had a big night scoring his 1000 point in the first quarter in a game that had the two leading scorer’s in the 15th region going against each other. Tyler won that Battle tonight”
