COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Against Ashland we got off the bus like we were still in South Carolina and that started the middle of last week. We hit as much as anybody but it isn’t showing up right now. We have a great pitching staff but we can’t expect our pitching staff to keep throwing zeroes on the board. Hunter Crum and Tyler Blackburn really competed on the mound for us. They are two seniors who haven’t had much work and they did a good job.”
“… Played good against Pikeville and not so good vs Huntington. We are not playing up to our abilities right now.”
