COACH’S COMMENTS
“… We came out a little flat after last nights game and that’s understandable. We did manage 9 runs and Triplett was able to get the win. Feltner and Crum had home runs and we stayed up the entire night. Half way through a long week. Gonna be interesting to see if we can stay up with Pikeville, Shelby Valley, Tug valley and Russell to finish the week.”
“…We played well against Johnson Central. Taylor Blevins did a fantastic job versus one of the best teams around. She kept them off balance and only gave them 2 hits. Our kids on the other hand really swung it. Gracie Preece and Kensley Feltner both hit home runs. Dani Crum stayed on base. Bree Jones and Abby Nelson both had game changing hits. Proud of these kids to step up and send a statement about who we are.”
