Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kentucky Names Natalie Pasquenza as CEO

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (February 23, 2026) – Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kentucky has appointed Natalie Pasquenza, RN, MBA, as its new Chief Executive Officer. She brings more than two decades of experience leading mission-focused organizations and strengthening systems that support children and families.

Pasquenza most recently served as Vice President at Volunteers of America Mid‑States, where she provided leadership for organizational strategy and external engagement across a multi-state service area. In this role, she contributed to partnership development, visibility efforts, and alignment of initiatives that advanced the organization’s mission across Kentucky and neighboring states.

Previously, she directed child and adolescent health research strategies and partnerships within the University of Louisville Department of Pediatrics, supporting initiatives focused on access, equity, and outcomes for children and families.

“Natalie brings a rare combination of frontline clinical perspective and executive leadership experience that aligns directly with CAC-KY’s mission,” said Gary McCollum, President of the Board of Directors for Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kentucky. “Her track record in strategy, partnership development, and organizational growth makes her exceptionally well suited to lead the organization forward and strengthen support for children and families across Kentucky.”

Pasquenza holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and is a licensed registered nurse. Her career blends clinical expertise with executive leadership, combined with a focus on accountability and measurable community results.

“I’m honored to join Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kentucky and build on the strong foundation already in place across the statewide network,” said Pasquenza. “Protecting children and supporting families requires collaboration, accountability, and sustained commitment, and I look forward to working with our partners to continue expanding impact and access to care.”
