COACH’S COMMENTS
“…It was certainly great to be back playing last night. We wanted to go ahead and do our Senior night to ensure that we got to recognize Baden Gillispie and what he means to this program.”
“… Anytime you have an extended break like we had from quarantine, it makes you wonder how the kids will come out and play following that. I was very proud of our kids and the effort and focus that they played with last night. We felt like it was one of our best defensive efforts so far this year. Being a little short handed it gave a few kids the opportunity to step up and they did just that. Andrew Bloomfield played a great game for us and Dawson Bellomy gave us really good minutes off the bench as well. Overall, it was a great team effort with everyone contributing and playing. Looking forward to playing Floyd Central tomorrow night!”
