COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Always great to win in the playoffs. It is never easy. Very proud of our entire team. Great team win in all three phases of the game.”
“… Defensively to have five interceptions is a huge accomplishment by our defense. Overall I thought it was our best defensive outing of the year to this point.”
“… Offensively, we were able to move the ball on the ground almost at will. I’m not sure how many different kids scored a touchdown but, I know it was quite a few. We have been very balanced this year in terms of our rushing distribution.”
“… A month ago after not playing as well as we know we are capable of, our team set a goal to get another shot at Belfry. This is the week! Looking forward to a great week of practice, and the opportunity to compete with those guys again next week.”
If they beat Belfry they’ve done something.
Season ends Friday night.
