COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Mingo Central is really good, Addie Smith is one the best players in West Virginia. I thought we did a really good job on her for the most part with Jacey Crum and Kalynn Salmons but if you give her the slightest opening she is deadly from three point range. I thought when we played them up there we got embarrassed and really challenged the girls. We got off to a bad start down 16-2 but made it 31-25 with the ball was really impressive from our team.”

“… So proud of our girls, it’s been a challenge all season and we have been in a bunch of games and could easily have 3 or 4 more wins. Hopefully the schedule will prepare us for the tournament coming up real soon.”
