FORT GAY, W.Va.  — A boil water advisory is affecting residents in Fort Gay.
Larry Sagraves, with the Fort Gay Water Plant, said a boil water advisory is being issued for all Fort Gay customers outside of town due to a leak.
Sagraves said that the water boil water advisory includes all of US-52 and all side roads.
The release doesn’t indicate when the boil advisory will be lifted.
Any water used for cooking, drinking, bathing, or watering pets should be boiled for at least a minute and allowed to cool before use.
