ACTC hosts successful Health Sciences and Health Professions Career Fair

ASHLAND, Ky. – Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC) celebrated another successful Health Sciences and Health Professions Career Fair on Monday, October 28, at the College Drive Campus.

The event brought together 141 students and 37 representatives from employers in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare services, and educational institutions.

Twenty-three employers from throughout the region participated in the fair.

“Monday’s career fair was another success marked by strong student engagement and a diverse group of employers,” said Ashley Vanderpool, ACTC career services coordinator. “It was especially rewarding to see ACTC alumni returning as representatives, offering valuable guidance and support to our students. It’s a true testament to the lasting connections within our community.”

The career fair focuses on creating meaningful connections for students seeking job opportunities in the community, while offering career guidance and showcasing a network of local employers.
