Halcombe appointed ARC’s Senior Advisor to the CEO

LOUISA, Ky. (August 1, 2024) — Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) today announced the appointment of Rich Halcombe as Senior Advisor to the CEO, Tim Robinson. With a distinguished career in strategic facilitation and executive coaching, Halcombe brings a wealth of experience and a passion for transformative leadership to this new role.

Serving as an ARC team member since 2019, Halcombe has been instrumental in providing strategy planning and team-building guidance, contributing significantly to the organization’s mission. In his new capacity, he will focus on further enhancing the overall health of the business, management, and leadership environment of ARC.

“I’m thrilled to work with an organization that literally and incredibly transforms people’s lives in ever-expanding ways,” said Halcombe. “This new role allows me an exciting opportunity to fulfill my life purpose to facilitate and escalate greatness in entrepreneurs and the organizations they lead.”

With this strategic appointment, ARC continues to advance its critical mission of transforming lives and providing hope to those affected by addiction.

“Rich’s dedication and expertise have been invaluable to ARC over the years,” said Tim Robinson, ARC’s CEO and founder. “His new role will strengthen our leadership and enhance our impact on the communities we serve.”

Halcombe’s impressive career accomplishments include leading the Strategic Church Network to 147 churches worshiping in 22 languages, establishing Stowe Mission in 2010 (which operates three locations providing 125,000 meals annually along with a host of community impact programs), and founding leaderINCREASE LLC (which provides strategic facilitation to entrepreneurial leaders in the faith, business, and nonprofit communities).

Additionally, Rich is a published author of “The Leadership Strategy of Jesus” (Morgan-James Publishers).
