WABA FRANCHISE BASED OUT OF INEZ WILL FEATURE SOME LOCAL TALENT

Inez, Ky. — Former Sheldon Clark Star Carla Booth is starting up a WABA franchise that will be based out of Inez and feature some local talent.

The Women’s American Basketball Association consists of 16 teams and will be entering their 8th season. 

The team based out of Inez will be called the OnPoint Swish and will play in the South division along with Atlanta Angels, Gastonia Greyhounds, Greensboro Kaos, and the Raleigh Aces. 

Coach/Part Owner Jason Wefenstette will be on the bench along with Assistant Coach Tammy Jarrells. Fallyne Wefenstette will be the Media/Manager.
