ARC voted as one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky”

LOUISA, Ky. (March, 15, 2024) — The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) today announced that Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) has been recognized as one of the 2024 “Best Places to Work in Kentucky.”

“It’s incredibly gratifying to share with the world what we already know firsthand: The ARC team is a truly extraordinary group of individuals who every day join together their unique God-given talents in the shared mission of providing hope, promoting healing, and transforming lives,” said ARC Founder and CEO Tim Robinson.

Employing approximately 1,200 team members, ARC operates a network of more than 30 licensed addiction treatment centers across Kentucky. The organization offers clients a full continuum of care, including detox, residential, transitional, intensive outpatient, outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), vocational rehabilitation, and job training.

The annual “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” awards celebrate companies across the Commonwealth who demonstrate a “commitment to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.”

“Being voted the Best Place to Work in Kentucky is not just an accolade; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to our employees’ well-being, growth, and fulfillment,” said Matt Brown, Chief Administration Officer of ARC and President of ARC Healthcare. “At ARC, we prioritize cultivating a culture of support, empowerment, and camaraderie, where every member of our team feels valued and inspired to excel. This recognition fuels our dedication to continue fostering an environment where people thrive professionally and personally.”

Late last year, ARC’s employees participated in the program’s comprehensive, voluntary, and anonymous survey process, evaluating the organization on nine primary areas of focus — general employee experience; role satisfaction; communication and workplace culture; supervisor relationship; training, technology and development; diversity and inclusion; leadership; benefits; and work-life balance.
