JAMES NEAL SISCO, 49, OF MEALLY, KENTUCKY DIED IN THE HIGH SPEED COLLISION FEB. 6
INJURED VICTIM DRIVING FULLY LOADED COCA COLA TRUCK:  NAME IS BRADLEY SHANE OSBORNE, OF EOLA, KY. HE WAS TAKEN TO TRMC AND WAS TREATED AND RELEASED 
KSP SAYS HIS VEHICLE CROSSED CENTER MEDIAN LINE, HIT SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER COCA COLA TRUCK HEAD ON A HALF MILE FROM 645 EXIT ON US RT.23. 
LAWRENCE CO. CORONER WES WESTON SENT THE BODY TO FRANKFORT FOR AN AUTOPSY. HESTON SAID THE VICTIM MUST HAVE MADE A FATAL MISTAKE BY CROSSING THE MEDIAN.
