WHEN DO THE EMPLOYEES GET TO BE HEARD?

For months, employees of Addiction Recovery Care have been dealing with the uncertainty of not knowing when or even if they will receive their paychecks. Employees have reportedly experienced late pay, checks that were returned or could not be cashed, and situations where they have not been paid at all for work they have already performed.
.
These are real people with families, mortgages, rent, car payments, utilities, groceries, and children who depend on them. They have continued showing up, doing their jobs, and trying to hold things together while their own financial lives are falling apart.
.
Some have been encouraged to leave or look elsewhere but finding another job does not happen overnight. People cannot simply walk away from their responsibilities and immediately replace their income. What are they supposed to do in the meantime? How are they supposed to survive while waiting for wages they have already earned?
.
Calls have been made to the appropriate wage and labor authorities. Complaints have been raised, and investigations have reportedly been initiated but do take time and is a process.
.
But employees are still left wondering when someone will step in and when they will finally receive the money they are owed. This is bigger than a paycheck. It is about accountability, basic fairness, and treating employees with the respect they deserve. These employees are not asking for favors, bonuses, or special treatment. They are asking to be paid for the work they have already done. They deserve answers. They deserve action. And they deserve their earned wages.
.
How long are hardworking people expected to wait?
