Betty Lou Ramey, 83, of South Shore, KY, formerly of Fort Gay, WV, went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2026 at her home.
Betty was born June 17, 1943 in Mansfield, OH to the late Arnold and Garnet (York) Ramey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Kenneth William Spaulding and brothers Tom Ramey and Jack Ramey.
Survivors include her children Carlos Spaulding, Herbert Spaulding, and Glenna Westfield; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister Louise Ramey.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Ms. Ramey and her family.
