The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 1st, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Allen Presley Jr. committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense or Greater Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure of Owner To Maintain Req Insurance 1st by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper securities insurance as defined in KRS: 304.39-080.
4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Speeding 25 MPH Over Limit by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle at a rate of 25 miles per hour over the posted speed limit for the area in which he was operating said motor vehicle.
5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating Vehicle With Expired Operator’s License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway while his/her operator’s license was expired.
6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure To Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle by knowingly and unlawfully failing to register the transfer of a motor vehicle registration as required and defined in KRS: 186.190.
7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Improper Display of Registration Plates by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway with an improper displayed registration plate as defined and required in KRS: 186.170.
8. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No/Registration Receipt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration plates as defined in KRS: 186.170.
9. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Careless Driving by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway in a careless manner with no regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians and other vehicles upon the roadway.

8. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure to Wear Seatbelt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without having a seatbelt properly adjusted and fastened.
9. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Produce Insurance Card by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without an Insurance Card as defined and required in KRS: 304.39-117.

The Grand Jury charges: That from May 31st, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Carlos Blake James committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $1,0000.00 Under $10,000 knowingly and unlawfully taking $1,015.16 in cash monies from Wendy’s of Louisa, KY, while employed there.
2. Carlos Blake James committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against her/him in an official proceeding.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 17th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. John R. Jude committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.
2. John R. Jude committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Cocaine.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) syringes.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding Officer Teddy Newsome with the Louisa Police Department’s commands while preventing the officer, while working in his official capacity, from placing the defendant under arrest.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading Police in the Third (3rd) Degree (On Foot) by knowingly and unlawfully, as a pedestrian, disregarded directions and/or commands to stop given by Officer Teddy Newsome with the Louisa Police Department, while acting in his official capacity, in an attempt to flee from said officer.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 1st, 2026, through April 26th, 2026, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Jameson Watts committed the offense of Engaging in Organized Crime by knowingly and unlawfully acquired $5,031.25 in stolen merchandise from Wal-Mart of Louisa, KY, for the purpose of reselling it where the person knew or should have known that the merchandise had been stolen, on a continuing basis with Andrew Hardwick.
2. Jameson Watts, acting alone or in complicity with Andrew Hardwick committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
3. Jameson Watts, acting alone or in complicity with Andrew Hardwick committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.
4. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Andrew Hardwick committed the offense of Possession/Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw containing chemical residue.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 1st, 2026, through April 26th, 2026, in Lawrence County, Kentucky, and before the finding of th indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. 3. Andrew Hardwick, acting alone or in complicity with Jameson Watts committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.
4. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jameson Watts committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a altered straw containing chemical residue.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS WILLIAM LITTON
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 31st, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. William Litton acting alone or in complicity with Jamie Mckinster committed the offense of Burglary in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in the dwelling house of Mary Workman, located Kentucky Route 1690 in Lawrence County, KY, with the intent to commit the crime of assault therein.
2. That the defendant, William Litton, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. 3. William Litton committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the First (1st) Degree (On Foot) by knowingly and wantonly disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Deputy Joe Osborne with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, and while as a pedestrian, and with the intent to elude or flee, immediately after committing an act of domestic violence.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding Deputy Joe Osborne with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department’s commands while preventing the officer, while working in his official capacity, from placing the defendant under arrest.
5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Criminal Littering by knowingly and unlawfully dropped or permitted to be dropped litter, on public or private property without permission.
6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place by knowingly and unlawfully appearing in a public place manifestly under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he may endanger himself or other persons or property or unreasonably annoy persons in his vicinity.

1. Tommy Church committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Deputy Joe Osborne with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure of Owner To Maintain Req Insurance 1st by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper securities insurance as defined in KRS: 304.39-080.
3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.
4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To or Improper Signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without using the proper and/or required signals as defined in KRS: 189.380.
5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Registration Plates by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration plates as defined in KRS: 186.170.
