Jenni Hampton, with the Team Ky Workforce Cabinet, spoke to Louisa Rotary on April 30th.
Jenni is a key regional Apprenticeship Workforce Consultant. She assists both job seekers and businesses in setting up and growing registered apprenticeship pathways. She explains that the apprenticeship program she works with is designed to tailor the training to fit the employers’ needs. They work with both high school students and adults. She said that for every dollar a company invests for an apprenticeship they receive a two dollar return. What a great resource for our businesses and those preparing to enter the workforce.
