LOUISA, Ky. — There is a little life in the LC Democrat Party after all as three candidates have tossed their hats in the ring (full of GOP) and none were opposed in the primary. Now the race is on for three seats in county government for November.

An incorrectly reported post in The Lazer earlier this week that did not mention there are two Democrats seeking seats on the court.
In Magistrate District 1 George Howell will face Josh Trout, who easily won the GOP Primary, in November. And in District 4 Dave York will oppose Todd Moran who won the GOP Primary for the position.
Another Democrat running is Melissa Moore for Coroner who is opposed by Sam Muncy. Ms. Moore is currently serving as deputy coroner to Wes Heston who is not seeking re-election.
We are searching for photos of these Democrats and answers to our questionaire below:
Hey,
Can you supply me with a short bio for The Lazer. I am asking all candidates the same questions for this survey:
1. Name, age, occupation, family and background, education
2. Qualifications for office
3. Reason for running.
Also please send a head and shoulders photo.
Thank you for participating,
Mark
