Lawrence County’s Cayden Sweeney has decided to continue his academic and tennis career at Shawnee State University.
Sweeney, a three-sport athlete, starred in both tennis and soccer for the Bulldogs. In tennis, he has been to the state tournament 5 times now while amassing a record of 83-12. He has been to the state tournament in soccer 3 times.
Sweeney gets it done in the classroom as well with a 4.0 GPA and an ACT score of 29. We have no doubt that they’ll love this young man at Shawnee State.
