CRIMINAL TRESPASSING (3rd)

“…On the above date and time, (Redacted)

reported that the above subject had entered into a room at the back of his apartment that contained his water heater and stated that the above had been previously told that he did not have permission to do so. When I arrived I spoke with who showed me the room that was attached to the rear of his apartment but did not contain an access point to the inside of the home. It contained 2 water heaters for his apartment and one for the connected apartment next door. Also in the room was a small blanket and trash littered around the room. Thompson stated that these belonged to the above. A female who lives at the other apartment stated to me that the above had been coming to charge his phone in the room but did not have permission. There were also multiple no trespassing signs posted around the apartments, including one right beside the door leading into the room with the water heaters. When I made contact with the above, before I could say anything he stated; “I only went in there to charge my phone.” He was advised that I was aware of him being previously trespassed from the residence and pointed out the no trespassing signs in which he stated were not there earlier in the day, and also stated that nobody had ever told him he couldn’t go in there to charge his phone. The above was then placed under arrest and advised to stay out of the room and not to be walking around the curtilage of the home due to his prior trespass and the posted signs.
