COACH’S COMMENTS

“… It was great to have a game Saturday at Wayne and play for a good cause. Coach Meddings at Wayne runs a great program and this event was no different. Very well ran by some great people. Coach Meddings does a really good job with his guys. It was nice to go over there and get a win after them coming to our place and beating us last year. I felt like we shot the ball well and battled some foul trouble to end up finishing pretty strong defensively.”

“… It is unfortunate that we have had some bad weather and cancelations as of late. Unfortunately, that is all part of it and everyone in the state is in the same boat. It’s the teams that respond the best to these situations that will be most likely to find success down the stretch. We had a great practice today and are excited for the opportunity to go play at Betsy Layne Friday.”
