March 26, 1950 — January 25, 2026

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved brother.

Randall E McNeil, 75, of Webbville, Ky. Randall was born March 26, 1950, and left us way too soon on Sunday, January 25, 2026, to be with his Lord and Savior.

Randall was born to the late Eugene (1992) and Lorane Blevins McNeil (2018). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark A McNeil. (2000)

He served in the United States Army 1969-1970, during boot camp he was promoted and excelled as a training squad leader. He was stationed in Germany as a truck driver in Co. B of the Division’s 504th Supply and Transport Battalion,

Randall was a retired Underground tunneling operator. He also operated heavy-duty trucks to transport coal to power plants & processing plants.

Randall is survived by his brothers, Robert Craig (Debbie) McNeil of Webbville, Ky, Andy P (Lori) McNeil of Fairbanks, Alaska; three sisters, Cheryl (Ron) Harmon of Florida, Rebecca L. Adkins of Louisa, KY, and Kimberly A (Brandon) Kish of North Aurora, Illinois; an aunt, Particia Blevins Needmore, Ky: a sister in law, Sharon McNeil of Webbville, Ky; very special friends, Ida, Renea, and Bryson Young of Webbville, Ky.; he also leaves behind, nine nieces, nephews, nine great nieces, and nephews which he doted on and loved very much and lots of cousins and friends.

He loved animals, dogs, cats, horses, and loved riding when he could. He loved riding his motorcycle and his 4-wheeler. He had an enthusiastic sense of humor and loved life. He will always linger in the minds of many and loved forever.

Funeral services will be 12:30 pm, Tuesday February 3, 2026, at the Malone Funeral Home with Bro. David Boggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East with military honors.

Visitation will be 10 am Tuesday until the time of service.
