WILLIAMSBURG, KY – December 17, 2025 – On December 16, 2025, two Whitley County residents were charged with Murder and other drug-related offenses, following an investigation by the Kentucky State Police, London Post.

A Whitley County Grand Jury indicted Robin L. Siler, 57 years old of Williamsburg, KY, and Jasmine S. Siler, 22 years old of Williamsburg, KY, stemming from the death of a one year old child earlier this year. Both individuals are charged with Murder, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Whitley County Commonwealth’s Attorney Ronnie Bowling confirmed that Jasmine Siler is the mother of the toddler who died, and Robin Siler is the grandmother. Bowling said he can’t discuss evidence right now because of pre-trial but told us the basic allegation is that the toddler was in custody of these two women when he was left alone and drowned while both women were under the influence of meth.

Robin Siler is being held in the Whitley County Detention Center. Jasmine has a warrant out for her arrest.
