COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. BRANDIE HALE

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 29th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Brandie Hale committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Fentanyl.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Patrick Williamson committed the offense Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. AMY GANTT

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 7th, 2021, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Amy Gantt committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. Amy Gantt committed the the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Buprenorphine, a schedule III Controlled Substance.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly or unlawfully possessing marijuana.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.

5. The above named defendant named defendant committed the offense of Prescription Controlled Substance Not Not in the Proper Container by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Buprenorphine not in the proper administered container.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JAMES MULLETT

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 29th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. James Mullett, acting alone or in complicity with Patrick Williamson committed the offense offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Patrick Williamson committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. ARLIE DIAMOND

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 2nd, 2022, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before and the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Arlie Diamond committed the offense of Possession of a Substance in the First (1st) Controlled Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. BILLY KEETON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 2nd, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, indictment herein, the above-named defendant: and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Billy Keeton committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Billy Keeton committed the offense of Violation of Kentucky E.P.O. / D.V.O. by knowingly and intentionally violating the terms of an Order of Protection after he was served with, and/or given notice of, said Order of Protection, (see Lawrence District Court 24-D-00021-002).

3. Billy Keeton committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging, destroying, or defacing property owned by Joshlynn Harmon of Martha, KY, with the amount of damages not exceeding $500.00.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense Menacing by knowingly and unlawfully placing others, in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. WILBERN MAYNARD

The Grand Jury charges: That on February 2nd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Wilbern Maynard committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaging property, namely $600.00 in damages to two (2) tires on an F350 Ford Truck, owned by Mr. Robert White of Louisa, KY.

2. Wilbern Maynard committed the offense of Stalking in the First (1st) Degree by intentionally making explicit or implicit threats to Loretta Marcum, with intent to place her in reasonable fear of serious physical injury, after a DVO/EPO was placed in effect. (See Lawrence Family Court 25-D-1001).

3. Wilbern Maynard committed the offense of Violation of Kentucky E.P.O./ D.V.O. by knowingly and intentionally violating the terms of an Order of Protection after he was served with, and/or given notice of, said Order of Protection, namely, Lawrence Family Court 25-D-1001.

4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Harassment (No Physical Contact) by, with the intent to intimidate, harass, annoy or alarm another, by engaging in a course of conduct or repeatedly commit acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person, namely Loretta
Marcum.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. RONNIE BOOTH, DEFENDANT

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about December 25th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of Assault in the First (1st) Degree by intentionally causing causing serious physical injury to another person, namely Amanda Booth of Louisa, KY, by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.

2. Ronnie Booth committed the offense of Unlawful Imprisonment in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully restraining Amanda Booth of Louisa, Kentucky under circumstances which exposed her to a risk of serious physical injury.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Terroristic Threatening in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully threatening to commit the crime www of murder and/or assault against Amanda Booth.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. GEORGE A. LOWE

The Grand Jury charges: That from June 18th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. George A. Lowe committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $1,0000.00 Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking a Samsung Galaxy phone valued at $1,019.00 from Olivia Hudson of Louisa, KY.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JOSHUA B. BURTON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 16th, 2025, in d Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Joshua B. Burton committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine.

2. Joshua B. Burton committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered pipe.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in in violent or threatening behavior in a public place with the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, and/or alarm.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Menacing by knowingly and unlawfully placing another, in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JUSTIN E.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about June 3rd through June 5th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Justin E. Cantrell committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from the premises on April 16th, 2025, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

2. Justin E. Cantrell committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of altered green pipe.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. KENNETH SAMMONS

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 21st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Kenneth Sammons committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to the stop given by Trooper Jonathan Holbrook with while Kentucky State Police Post #14 Ashland, KY, working in his official capacity as a law enforcement officer, with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest, while in violation of KRS: 189A.010.

2. Kenneth Sammons committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Second Offense within Ten Years by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle with at least one (1) prior conviction within ten years. (COMMONWEALTH VS KENNETH SAMMONS, LAWRENCE DISTRICT
COURT 18-T-00327).

3. Kenneth Sammons committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the Second (2nd) Degree (Police Officer) by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct that creates substantial danger of serious physical injury to another person, namely Troopers with the Kentucky State Police Post #14 Ashland: Holbrook, Hale, Elmore and Hammond.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. ANDRES ZUNIGA-MENDOZA

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 26th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Andres Zuniga-Mendoza commented the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree >2 Grams(Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of 9.833 grams of methamphetamine, $130.00 in cash monies, a digital scale, and individual small plastic baggies with the intent of trafficking in that Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in that Methamphetamine, while in possession of a Kel Tec brand .22 caliber handgun.

2. Andres Zuniga-Mendoza committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Trooper Jonathan Holbrook with the Kentucky State Police Post #14 Ashland, KY, while they were working in their official capacity as a law enforcement officer, with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest.

3. Andres Zuniga-Mendoza committed the offense Trafficking Marijuana (Less than Eight (8) Ounces) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Marijuana, with $130.00 in cash monies, a digital scale, and individual small plastic baggies, with the intent to traffic in that Marijuana or by trafficking in that Marijuana, while in possession of a KelTec .22 caliber handgun.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a “bong”, a container containing burnt burnt marijuana cigarettes, and rolling papers.

5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of One Headlight by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle with one functioning headlight.

6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Rear License Not Illuminated by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper rear license not properly illuminated as defined in KRS: 186.170.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JUSTIN T. MCCOY

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 8th, 2024, in Johnson County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Justin T. McCoy committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully removing, tampering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against him in official proceedings.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Cruelty To Animals in the Second (2nd) Degree by intentionally or wantonly subject any animal to or cause cruel or injurious treatment through torture, or to kill any animal, other than a domestic animal killed by poisoning.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Animal ID/Tracking Device Removal or Tamper by knowingly and unlawfully remove, other than the owner, shall tamper or remove without permission an identification. tag, chip, locator, or electronic tracking device from a domesticated animal of any age, including but not limited to a hound or dog used in the sport of hunting.

The above-named defendant committed the offense of Animal Device ID/Tracking Tamper knowingly and unlawfully remove, other than the owner, shall tamper or remove without permission identification tag, chip, locator, or electronic tracking device from a domesticated animal of any age, including but not limited to a hound or dog used in the sport of hunting.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. RONALD WARD

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 29th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Ronald Ward committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs Fourth (4th) Offense Within Ten (10) Years (Aggravating Circumstances) by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle, and refusing to submit to any test or tests of one’s blood, requested by officer having or urine grounds person operating or in physical control of a motor vehicle in (3) violation of KRS: 189A.010, while having three previous convictions of KRS: 189A.010: (COMMONWEALTH VS RONALD WARD, LAWRENCE DISTRICT COURT 22-F-00026, JOHNSON DISTRICT COURT 18-T-01486 AND 15-T-01173.

2. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender the either: (a) completed service of the sentence previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. (COMMONWEALTH VS ROANLD WARD, JOHNSON CIRCUIT COURT 22-CR-00075, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 23-CR-00046 AND 22-CR-00110).

3. The above-named defendant committed offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his/her license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.

4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Stop Stop Sign Sign by knowingly and unlawfully failing to stop/yield at a posted stop sign.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. AARON MAYNRAD

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 17th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Aaron Maynard committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Trooper Zachary Wright with the Kentucky State Police Post #14 Ashland, KY, while they were working in their official capacity as a law enforcement officer, with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Second Offense within Ten Years by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle with at least one (1) prior conviction within ten ten years. (COMMONWEALTH VS GARY STEPHENS, CARTER DISTRICT COURT 17-F-00181)

3. The above-named Defendant committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading 2nd Degree by knowingly disobeying commands and signs to stop by Trooper with the Kentucky State Police who had reasonable suspicion that the Defendant had committed a crime.

4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Speeding Twenty-Nine (29) Miles Over Limit by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle at an approximate speed of 122 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour, posted speed zone.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Resisting Arrest by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully attempting to prevent Troopers with the Kentucky State Police from effecting an arrest by using, or threatening to use, physical force against said Troopers.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Reckless Driving by operating his motor vehicle in reckless manner without regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians or other vehicles upon the roadway.

7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Improper Turning by knowingly and unlawfully being in physical control of a motor vehicle operating upon a Kentucky Roadway he conducted an improper turn at the intersection of KY 1 and KY 201 in the Webbville, KY community.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. SHERRY HORN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 6th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Sherry Horn acting alone or in complicity with Martin Cline and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine and $9,434.00.00 in cash monies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine.

2. Sherry Horn acting alone or in complicity with Martin Cline and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .788 grams of Methamphetamine and $9,434.00 in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately .788 grams of Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Martin Cline and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) glass pipes.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. MARTIN CLINE

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 6th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named- defendant:

1. Martin Cline acting alone or in complicity with Sherry Horn and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine and $9,434.00.00 in cash monies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine.

2. Martin Cline acting alone or in complicity with Sherry Horn and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .788 grams of Methamphetamine and $9,434.00 in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 788 grams of Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Sherry Horn and Destiny Spaulding committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) glass pipes.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense or Greater Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Reckless Driving by operating her motor vehicle in reckless manner without regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians or other vehicles upon the roadway.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. DESTINY SPAULDING

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 6th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Destiny Spaulding acting alone or in complicity with Martin Cline and Sherry Horn committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine $9,434.00.00 in with the intent in cash monies with the traffic in that controlled or substance trafficking in a controlled substance, namely approximately 9.891 grams of Cocaine.

2. Destiny Spaulding acting alone or in complicity with Martin Cline and Sherry Horn committed the offense of Trafficking in Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .788 grams of Methamphetamine and $9,434.00 in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately .788 grams of Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in Martin complicity with Cline and Sherry Horn committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) glass pipes.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. Kimberly D. Trout

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about July, SRD 2025 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Kimberley D. Trout committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from the premises on May 2nd, 2024 with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. BRIAN WOLFORD

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 9th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Brian Wolford committed the offense of Assault in the Second (2nd) Degree when he intentionally caused serious physical injury to another person, namely Kelly Fletcher of Louisa, KY.

2. That the defendant, Brian Wolford, having been charged in with the above stated felony the instant indictment count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1s)) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the five (5) sentence the previous felony offense within years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. (COMMONWEALTH VS BRIAN WOLFORD, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 21-CR-00170 AND 13-CR- 00015).

3. Brian Wolford acting alone or in complicity with Jasmine Bond committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Heritage Brand .38 caliber handgun reported as stolen from Knott County, KY.

4. Brian Wolford committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct that creates substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely Kelly Fletcher of Louisa, KY.

5. Brian Wolford acting alone or in complicity with Jasmine Bond, Dalton Brooks, and Kelly Fletcher of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

6. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jasmine Bond, Dalton Brooks and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.

7. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jasmine Bond, Dalton Brooks and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of seven (7) syringes, an altered pipe and clear plastic baggies.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JASMINE BOND

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 9th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jasmine Bond acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm) by knowingly and unlawfully being in Brand Heritage .38 caliber handgun possession of a reported as stolen from Knott County, KY.

2. Jasmine Bond acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Dalton Brooks, and Kelly Fletcher of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being of in possession
Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Dalton Brooks and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession Possession of Marijuana by knowingly in and unlawfully being possession of marijuana.

4. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Dalton Brooks and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of seven (7) syringes, an altered pipe and clear plastic baggies.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. DALTON BROOKS

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 9th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Dalton Brooks acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond, and Kelly Fletcher of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of marijuana.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond and Kelly Fletcher committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of seven (7) syringes, an altered pipe and clear plastic baggies.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. RACHEL M. WELLMAN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 13th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Rachel M. Wellman committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .135 grams of Methamphetamine, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking Methamphetamine, namely approximately .135 grams of Methamphetamine.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. KELLY FLETCHER

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before June 9th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Kelly Fletcher acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond, and Dalton Brooks of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond and Dalton Brooks committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana knowingly by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Brian Wolford, Jasmine Bond and Dalton Brooks committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of seven (7) syringes, an altered pipe and clear plastic baggies.
