I’ll never get used to the Garden Theater being something other than what it was when I used to go see movies there!! I was born n Louisa n 1955 n the old General Hospital & a person who doesn’t like change so seeing Louisa how it is now is sad for me.
Well Terry, I think you are totally wrong!
I was also born in the General Hospital and I also watched movies at the Garden Theater and I miss those days but times have changed.
I think our town looks awesome and at least that building isn’t sitting there not being used like it was for the past 30 years or so.
I have been to several plays and that is the new thing that our kids will remember going to the Garden Theatre for when they look back at Louisa. They have done an excellent job with the facilities and the theatre company is top notch!
Let’s be positive and be thankful for what we have now in Louisa!
