Exciting Announcement! Congratulations to Mrs. Angel Derfield on being selected as the new Principal of Louisa East Elementary School! Mrs. Derfield has dedicated 13 years to teaching 4th and 5th grades. Last year, she transitioned into administration by serving as the Assistant Principal at Louisa East.
In her own words, Mrs. Derfield stated, “I am honored to be chosen as the Principal at Louisa East Elementary School for the upcoming school year. Louisa East is my home and family, and I am grateful to be part of this special team. Mr. Dixon cannot be replaced, but I hope to continue what he has set in motion. I am a proud Bulldog alumni and am excited to keep serving the students and families at the EAST.”
