Coach quote: …Thomas Frazier (HC) — “Anytime we get to play a game, I am grateful. Madison added some wrinkles to their game, but we were able to adapt well. We played well enough to win and I’m happy for that. However, our team knows that to win a state semi-final game, we will have to play much better. So, we will go back to work and fix the things that we can. I am thankful for our parents and school that make sure the kids get to where they need to be and get food. Several people stepped up and donated money for our kids to get a nice meal after the game. I am especially thankful for my wife who helps organize all this.”
Player quote: Ethan Preece (OT/LB) …“We are always happy to play and win. The team is focused on continuing to win. As a captain of the team, I have higher expectations for us. Coach keeps telling us to earn what we get. I know a lot of people doubt us and that’s ok, we don’t doubt ourselves. I am excited to get back to work and prepare for another great opponent. “
These boys have come a long way. They have grown to be young men I hope the win they deserve it and the coach’s have done a great job. Love these boys.
