William B. Short, 69, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 22, 2024. Bobby was born August 24, 1954 in Louisa, KY to the late Willie and Kathleen (Thompson) Short.

Survivors include his daughter Priscilla Whitt; 3 grandchildren; sisters Patty (Larry) Henson, Diane Short, Linda Short, Janet Short, and Katherine (Joseph) Adkins; and many nieces, nephews, and special friends.

The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset the funeral expenses.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother George Thornhill officiating. Burial will follow in the Thompson Cemetery at Vinson Branch.

Friends may visit the family on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Short and his family.
