Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a drug suspect was arrested today after an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit.
Sheriff Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit and Road Patrol Deputies seized approximately 50 grams of Heroin and Crystal Methamphetamine on a traffic stop between Dunlow and Crum.
Wilbert ‘Frankie’ Hatcher, of Williamson, is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, and Pseudoephedrine Altered.
