JANICE LEE KITTS, 51, FROM KERMIT, WV –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges on or about May 13, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. JANICE KITTS committed the offense of “WANTON ENDANGERMENT” by unlawfully, feloniously and wantonly presenting a firearm at Timothy Kitts, which created a sustainable risk of death or serious bodily injury to Timothy Kitts, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 2. That on or about May 13, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. JANICE KITTS committed the offense of “DOMESTIC ASSAULT” by placing Timothy Kitts in reasonable apprehension of immediately receiving a violent injury, the said Timothy Kitts being a family or household member, against the dignity and peace of the state.
DAVID ORSBON, 34, FROM PRICHARD, WV –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about January 26, 2019, in the county of Wayne, WV. DAVID ORSBON committed the offense of “ARSON IN THE THIRD DEGREE” by willfully and maliciously setting fire, burning or causing to be burned personal property, being a 2003 Nissan Altima automobile, located in Wayne County, WV, owned by Clifford Smith, said vehicle having a value of not less than five hundred dollars, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 2. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about February 1, 2019 to March 12, 2019, in the county of Wayne, WV. DAVID ORSBON committed the offense of “BURGLARY” by feloniously and burglariously breaking into and entering the dwelling house of Caleb Johnson, located at 254 Smith Street, Prichard, WV., Wayne County, West Virginia, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 3. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about February 1, 2019 to March 12, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV. DAVID ORSBON committed the offense of “DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY” by unlawfully, willfully, intentionally destroying, injuring or defacing the home and door, during the same act, series of acts or course of conduct, damage said home belonging to Caleb Johnson, located at 254 Smith Street, Prichard, WV., Wayne County, West Virginia, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 4. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about March 12, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV.DAVID ORSBON committed the offense of “FLEEING OTHER THAN IN A VEHICLE” by unlawfully and intentionally fleeing or attempting to flee other than in a vehicle, from Cpl. Josh Thompson, West Virginia State Police, a law enforcement officer acting in his official capacity, who is attempting to make a lawful arrest of David Osborn and while David Osborn knew or had reason to know that Trooper Thompson is attempting to arrest him, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 5. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about February 1, 2019 to March 12, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV. DAVID ORSBON committed the offense of “TRESPASSING IN A STRUCTURE” by unlawfully and intentionally entering in, upon or under a structure without being authorized, licensed, or invited is requested to depart by the owner or tenant and refuses to do so, by entering into the dwelling house of Caleb Johnson.
DARYL KEITH BRADLEY, 42, FROM WAYNE, WV.
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that DARYL BRADLEY, committed the offense of “POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER” by unlawfully and feloniously possessing with intent to deliver Methamphetamine a controlled substance, to wit: Methamphetamine, as listed as a Schedule II Controlled Substance in violation of WV. Code, as amended, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 2. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about SEPTEMBER 5, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. DARYL KEITH BRADLEY, did CONSPIRE TO COMMIT THE FELONY OFFENSE OF DISTRIBUTION OF 5 TO 50 GRAMS OF METHAMPHETAMINE, with JESSICA RIFFE and JESSE GRIMMETT, by intentionally, unlawfully and feloniously conspiring to unlawfully and feloniously possess with intent to deliver 5 to 50 grams of Methamphetamine a controlled substance, to wit: as listed as a Schedule II Controlled Substance in WV Code, as amended, and then said, DARYL KEITH BRADLEY committed an act in furtherance of said conspiracy in violation of WV Code, as amended, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 3. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about SEPTEMBER 5, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. DARYL BRADLEY, did commit the offense of “POSSESSION OF PSEUDOPHEDRINE IN AN ALTERED STATE OR POSSESSION OF SUBSTANCES USED AS A PRECURSOR TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE” by unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possessing an amount of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, or other designated precursor with intent to use it in the manufacture of methamphetamine or knowingly possess a substance containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, or their salts, optical isomers or salts of optical isomers in a state or form which has been altered or converted from the state form in which these chemicals are or were commercially distributed, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 4. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about SEPTEMBER 5, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. That on or about SEPTEMBER 5, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. DARYL BRADLEY, did commit the offense of “PERSONS PROHIBITED FROM POSSESSING A FIREARM” by unlawfully and knowingly possessing a Smith & Wesson 45 semi automatic firearm, the same Daryl Bradley having been a previously convicted of the Felony Offense Of Attempt to Commit The Felony Delivery Of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance on July 21, 2010 in Wayne County, WV. The Circuit Court, said offense being punishable by imprisonment for greater then one year, against the peace and dignity of the state.
ABBIE LYNN FIELDS, 27 FROM WAYNE, WV. –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about January 6, 2019, in the county of Wayne, WV. ABBIE FIELDS committed the offense of “POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possessing heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic Controlled Substance as amended, in violation of WV Code as amended with the intent to deliver said substance, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 2. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about January 6, 2019, in the county of Wayne, WV. ABBIE LYNN FIELDS unlawfully, willfully, and feloniously committed the offense of “CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE” by conspiring with George Stapleton and/or other unknown persons to commit the delivery of a controlled substance in violation of West Virginia Code, said substance being heroin, listed as a Schedule I controlled substance as designated in the West Virginia Code, as amended, and committed an act to effect the object of the conspiracy, against the peace and dignity of the state.
ERIK TYRONE BROWN, 47, FROM CRUM, WV. –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about April 4, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. ERIK BROWN committed the offense of “DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and intentionally delivering Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance of the West Virginia Code, as amended, in violation of West Virginia Code to a cooperating individual, against the peace and dignity of the state.
GREGORY A. NAPIER, 53, FROM PRICHARD, WV.
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about September 2, 2018, in the county of Wayne, WV. GREGORY A. NAPIER committed the offense of “BURGLARY” by feloniously and burglariously breaking into and entering the dwelling of Chad Jessie Salmons, located at 1288 Lower Mill Creek Road, Fort Gay, WV. with the intent to commit a crime therein, against the peace and dignity of the State.
Count 2. The Grand Jury charges that on or about September 2, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. GREGORY NAPIER unlawfully committed the offense of “PETIT LARCENY” by stealing, taking and carrying away United States Currency, keys and a wallet which is valued at less than one thousand dollars ($1000.00), said personal property belonging to Chad Jessie against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 3. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about September 2, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. GREGORY NAPIER committed the offense of “BREAKING AND ENTERING AN AUTOMOBILE” by unlawfully breaking and entering, or entering without breaking, an automobile, being a Chevrolet Impala, said automobile belonging to Billie Browning and located near Fort Gay, Wayne County, West Virginia, with the intent to commit a felony or any larceny, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 4. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about September 2, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. GREGORY NAPIER unlawfully committed the offense of “PETIT LARCENY” by stealing, taking and carrying away United States Currency, which is valued at less than one thousand dollars ($1000.00), said property belonging to Billie Browning, with the intent to permanently deprive Billie Browning of said property, against the peace and dignity of the state.
WILLIAM JENNINGS COOK, 57, FROM FORT GAY, WV. –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about October 11, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. WILLIAM COOK committed the offense of “DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and intentionally delivering oxycodone, a Schedule II Narcotic Controlled Substance in the WV. Code, as amended, in violation of West Virginia, with the intent to deliver said Schedule I substance, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 2. That on or about January 20,2019, in the County of Wayne, WV. WILLIAM COOK committed the offense of “POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and possessing, Heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic Controlled Substance of the WV Code, as amended in violation of West Virginia Code, as amended, with the intent to deliver said Schedule I substance, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 3. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about January 20, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV. WILLIAM COOK unlawfully and feloniously committed the offense of “CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE OF NOT LESS THAN TEN MORE THAN A HUNDRED GRAMS OF HEROIN” by conspiring with Rita Horner or other persons unknown to the grand jury, to commit delivery of a controlled substance in violation of West Virginia Code, said substance being over ten grams of heroin, as listed as a scheduled I narcotic controlled substance as designed in the West Virginia Code, as amended, and committed an act to effectuate the object of the conspiracy, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 4. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about January 20, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV.WILLIAM COOK committed the offense of “SECOND OFFENSE DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE” by unlawfully and feloniously driving a motor vehicle on a highway at a time when his privilege to do so had been lawfully revoked for driving under the influence, and having a previous convictions for driving while license revoked for driving under the influence in Wayne County Magistrate Court on May 31, 2011, against the peace and dignity of the state.
Count 5. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about June 11, 2019, in the County of Wayne, WV.,WILLIAM COOK committed the offense of “POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER” by unlawfully, feloniously, knowingly and possessing Heroin, a Schedule I Narcotic Controlled Substance in the West Virginia Code, as amended, in violation of West Virginia Code, with the intent to deliver said Schedule I substance, against the peace and dignity of the State.
JONATHAN CLAUDE HANNAH, 38, FROM CRUM, WV –
Count 1. The Grand Jury Charges that on or about December 21, 2018, in the County of Wayne, WV. JONATHAN HANNAH committed the offense of “FELONY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY” by unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly receiving certain property being a 2008 Dodge Caliber automobile and being the property of Mary Marie Jervis, said personal property being of the value of over $1000.00 and the said Jonathan Hannah had reason to believe that the property had been stolen, against the peace and dignity of the State.
