YOU BE ‘ILLIN’: LOIS LEANN RICHARDSON, 32, OF FORT GAY, WEST VIRGINIA; WAS ARRESTED ON SEVERAL DRUG POSSESSION CHARGES AFTER NUMEROUS NARCOTICS WERE FOUND IN HER HOTEL ROOM IN LOUISA, KENTUCKY.
A Wayne County, West Virginia was arrested on multiple drug charges following an incident that was reported at a hotel in Louisa.
The Louisa Police Department arrested Lois Leann Richardson, 32, of Fort Gay West, Virginia; following the case incident reported at the Best Western Hotel in Louisa.
According to the arrest citation report, on late Monday night, January 12, Louisa Police Department officers responded to calls of concerns about a woman making excessive noise and appearing physically ill inside Room 306. After gaining entry, officers reported finding suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia inside the room.
Lois Richardson was taken into custody by patrolwoman officer Shelby Taylor of the Louisa Police Department; and was charged with the following offenses:
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE FENTANYL;
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN);
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE);
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA;
- DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS (2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS).
Lois Richardson was transported to, booked and lodged into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville, KY., in Johnson County, where she remains incarcerated as of the MLK JR. holiday weekend.
