LAWRENCE COUNTY (December 8, 2020) – Walbridge on KY 644 at mile point 1.5 will be closed today, Tuesday, December 8, at 8 a.m. through Thursday, December 10, at 5 p.m.
Geotechnical engineers from KYTC in Frankfort will conduct exploratory drilling to determine where bedrock is under the bridge.
No traffic will be able to cross the bridge during this time. “We apologize for another inconvenience,” said Chris Allen, D12 Bridge Engineer. “Please observe the message boards and signs. We thank everyone for their continued patience.”
