I set in line daily waiting for lwes to let out,,it’s actually comical to watch how many people who have no clue what a flashing caution light means,,50 % of the drivers don’t have a clue of who had the right of way.get rid of the caution light and they’re will be much less confusion and less accident’s

The folks who are confused are probably tourist an unfamiliar with the set up.
They’re not talking about the school line, they’re talking about how people don’t understand what a yellow caution arrow means. When you are turning down into town coming from the subway side you do not have the right of way if you have the yellow caution arrow. The people turning down into town coming from Joe Young’s direction have the right of way because they have the green light. But nobody understands this
