COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Last year’s 2024 season broke a several years-long losing streak with a win against Phelps under new coaching staff. Young team this year but, Significant portion of passionate Freshmen making major contributions.”
“… Sophomore Jaiden Keene and Freshman Kalynn Salmons bringing years of experience from multiple school, recreational, and travel teams.
Senior twins, Keira and Kendra Maynard, along with Junior Madison Meddings providing a solid outfield defense.”
“…As an example of progress, in 2024, Martin County defeated Tolsia 15-0. In 2025, Tolsia has beaten Martin County twice by scores of 14-3 and 11-3.  Most wins in regular season via Maxpreps records in years already, with a current record of 7-6. Hard work on turning the playing field around and getting back to its original glory days.”
“… Addition of Asst. Coach Thelma Salmons has aided the Coach Keene siblings through a large roster of Varsity and JV players while helping to unify the Crum Mountaineers and Ft. Gay Vikings players under one strong Tolsia Rebels banner.”
