COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Perseverance and heart it what comes to mind when talking about Sara Sturgell, she won’t back down from anyone or anything. Stick with it for all four years and is a two sport athlete and has pulled double duty on some nights. Really proud of her, she didn’t get a lot varsity minutes early but she has really stuck with it and is deserving to be our captain. Plays harder than anyone and is small in stature but will use every ounce of grit that she has. Gonna miss her but she will do big things in whatever she chooses to do.”
Tolsia Head Coach Brian Stacy
COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Josh has been with me from day one when I arrived at Tolsia. He’s seen the good and the bad of rebuilding a program. I couldn’t ask for a better kid to call captain of this team. He’s always cheering on the younger guys uplifting them. He’s a starter but everyday he goes on the second team and works with those guys. Just a great leader.”
“… Bryson come down from Tug Valley and he is a guard having to play post. He’s had some big games for us this year. Plays hard on the defensive end of the floor. He’s really got to step up his play big for us to advance in the tournament. He sticks to his role he’ll be big asset late in the season.”
“… Bradee — what can you say about the kid? Just a few months ago he underwent kidney transplant now he’s on the floor hooping it up. Gives us what he’s got all the time. Great shooter a better teammate. He’s just great kid to hang with on and off the floor. No doubt if he’s healthy for the last 3 or 4 years that’s he’s not a key contributor to this team. He never lets what he’s been through affect him on the court. Just a great kid.
“… Great group seniors we are graduating this year they’ll be missed next year when we lace them up but they’re great kids with bright future.”
LOVE MY REBELS!!!
