COACH’S COMMENTS
“… We finished our season in March and said we would take a month off but it was more like two weeks before they were right back at it. These kids are always ready to help in the community and puts a smile on my face. They have helped in Crum a few times for Dawn Johnson at Starting Points, they have cut grass and helped at OVP as well. No matter if it is short notice or not these boys are still going to do the best they can.”
“ We appreciate Johnda for thinking about us and OVP for feeding the boys after they were done on Thursday. That meant a lot to them. They have been busy all summer either helping out during the day and wanting in the gym in the evening.”
“ These boys really care about each other. We were supposed to play in a tournament in Myrtle Beach but couldn’t get enough to go but several of them still went down to support Parker Watts and even took a day from the beach to watch him play. That really says a lot about their character. I can’t wait for the season to get here. I really think we have a shot at a really good season.”
I don’t use woke Facebook so I never know about these giveaways until they are over with
