Tolsia B Team Finishes Season 11-0 With Title Victory Over Logan

Logan, W. Va. — The Tolsia Youth Football League B Team completed a perfect season with a 36-8 victory over Logan in the Southern Midget League championship game at Willis-Nisbet Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

On the first drive of the game Debo Black fought his way into the end zone for a one yard touchdown and then hit Tate Marcum for the two point conversion for a 8-0 Tolsia lead. 

On the first Logan drive the Rebels forced a turnover that was recovered by Jace Bowen and immediately turned it into points when Brennan Kirk scored from 11 yards out for a 14-0 Tolsia lead.

Late in the first half Black out raced the Wildcat defense on a 27 yard TD and Titan Hounshell converted the two point conversion for a 22-0 lead. 

In the second half Black extended the lead with a 23 yard touchdown run Hounshell added the two point conversion to make it 30-0. 

Brennan Kirk with a big run against Logan on Sunday. 

Tate Marcum made it 36-0 Rebels with a 1 yard touchdown plunge. 

The Wildcats avoided the shutout with a touchdown and two point conversion with 3 minutes left in the contest. 

With the win on Sunday the Rebels finished the season with an impressive 11-0 record.
