Lawrence Co. Head Coach Kenny Horn
COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Pike Central was a debacle. Taylor Blevins pitched really good. 16 strikeouts for her, How do we lose? Two balls got down in the outfield that were as coach Sparks would say, “Can Of Corn”. Three of our best hitters were no shows. Feltner and Triplett showed why they are captains. They kept us in it. We have to be better bottom line.”
“… Spring Valley was the best team we have seen this year and we had them on the ropes. I should have made the pitching change sooner so that one is on me. We got down and fought back to tie it up , but lost on a play that may prove to be a problem for us.”
C’mon Kenny, saying your three best hitters were no shows is a bit harsh.
Kenny always,ALWAYS! Makes the best decision. He sees things 99% of people will never see. Keep your heads high people for the Lady Dawgs because they will always show the best performance that is available to them. Coached 100% requires 100% effort.
