Paintsville, Ky. — The Lawrence County Girls soccer team closed out the season with a 5-3 loss to Johnson Central in the semifinals of the 15th Region Tournament Monday.

The SoccerDawgs finished the season 10-8-1 after the loss to Johnson Central. 

Paula Corominas had 1 goal and 2 assists, Addy Howard 1 goal and 1 assist, Harper Cline 1 goal, and Goalkeeper Emalynn Kitts had 25 saves.

“…Not the result we wanted, but these girls played their best game of the season last night. Proud of the way they left it all on the field and their work all season to improve.”
