Sheriff Rick Thompson stated that a drug suspect was arrested in Ceredo

Sheriff Thompson stated that the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit stopped a vehicle that was traveling from the Westmoreland area into Ceredo where he was arrested.

During the stop, a distribution quantity of Methamphetamine was recovered.

Raymond Mills, of Catlettsburg, was placed under arrest and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine. Raymond advised that he was on parole for Retaliation on a Government Official where he and several others fought and injured a Marshall University Police Officer.
