Louisa, Ky. — In the annual Zip Zone Classic hosted by Sheldon Clark High School in Martin County, those in attendance were treated to eight highly entertaining basketball games this past Saturday at Lawrence Co. high school. There were teams all around the state of Kentucky and two Prep schools one from West Virginia and the other from Virginia. The Zip Zone has been played at LCHS’ gymnasium for the past three or four years because the Martin Co. High School was condemned after being damaged by blasting for a new highway there.
