Ruth Hinkle, 87, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 2, 2026 at her home.
Ruth was born September 19, 1939 to the late Raymond and Mary (Williamson) Dixon. Ruth was a homemaker and attended Chestnut Grove Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Hinkle; brothers Ray Dixon and Bill Dixon; and sisters Faye Nelson, Dorothy Brown, Louise Roberts, Virginia Sue Salyer, Wanda Graves, and Betty Whalen.
Survivors include her daughter Debbie Rice; grandson Leonard Brandon Rice (Shannon Turner); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Hinkle Family Cemetery.
Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Hinkle and her family.
