Probation, probation, probation! Supervised my hind end! They fail every drug test, brake every stipulation and yet they still don’t go to jail. Probation is another word for case dropped in Lawrence county ky
This judge needs to go!
Isn’t the prosecutor the one that recommends what sentence they are willing to accept? So is it the prosecutor making recommendations for probation or is it the judge doing as he wants?
Yeah seems like the ones who has done something not so bad is ones gets 5-10 years and these ones out stealing and doing drugs and bad crimes gets nothing but slap on the wrist…. What’s going on here?!?
