September 14, 1939 — September 11, 2025

Roberta Parks, 85, of Goodlettsville, TN, formerly of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on September 11, 2025.

Roberta was born September 14, 1939 in Louisa, KY to the late James A. and Dixie Maynard Miller. Roberta was a homemaker and the most loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a member of Cherryville Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Parks; daughter Terry Crook; granddaughter Tracy Dinnen; brother James Henry Miller; and sisters Emma Lou Adams, Molly Belle Dykstra and Rose Marie Miller.

Survivors include her daughters Kathy Qualls and Regina (Rick) Hale; grandsons Ryan Sloas, Kyle (Casey) Hilton, and Austin Crook; granddaughters Alicia (Jeremy) Minchey and Amber (Joe Pernell) Sloas; great-grandchildren Mason Minchey, Madison Minchey, Marshall Minchey, Lane Hilton, Beau Hilton, Emery Hilton, and Zyla Hilton; sister Royetta June Rice; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Wallace Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Hilton, Ryan Sloas, Joe Pernell, Herbie Parks, Jeremy Minchey, and Mason Minchey. Friends may visit the family on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, September 16, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Parks and her family.
