On November 4, 2018 at 09:22 the Louisa Police Department responded to the call of a male subject attempting to rob people at the Louisa Hardees.
Victims stated that the subject had pointed what appeared to be a gun at them and demanded their vehicle.
Sergeant Ed Cordle arrived and located the subject walking north of Hardees, when he made contact with the subject the subject pulled out from his pants a shotgun barrel only.
Randel E. Boggs, 19, of Louisa was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st. Subject was lodged into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
Randel Boggs also charged with Fugitive from another state as well as Burglary.
